Apricot and Chocolate Brioche

Apricot and Chocolate Brioche:

Preparation time: 60 minutes
Cooking time: 30 minutes

Ingredients (16 parts): For the dough:
- 500 g flour
- 1 sachet of dry yeast
- 75 g butter in small cubes
- 75 g of sugar
- 2 eggs
- 20 cl of warm milk
- flour to lower

For garnish:
- 1 tablespoon melted butter
- 150 g of dried apricots finely chopped
- 100 g chopped milk chocolate or chocolate chips

Preparation of the recipe :


1 ° Mix all the ingredients of the dough until a smooth mixture, cover and let rise 30 minutes warm.
2. Lower the dough in the shape of a square on the floured work surface.
Cover with the butter, spread the apricots and the chocolate.
Roll the dough on itself and cut into slices about 2.5 cm thick.
Arrange the slices obliquely in a greased hinged pan and cook for about 30 minutes in the oven preheated to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).
