Ingredients (for 2 persons): - 300 g of duck aiguillettes

- 5 very ripe apricots

- 1 clove of garlic

- 1 cube of broth

- 1 tablespoon honey

- a little butter

Cut apricots and garlic.

Pour them into a saucepan and lightly scrape the broth cube over the pan.

Cook the sauce over high heat for a few minutes, stirring well.

Add the honey at the end of cooking. Reserve the sauce.

Cook the aiguillettes 5 minutes over low heat in a frying pan with a little butter.

Salt and pepper.

Remove the duck from the fire and serve it with the apricot sauce.
