Ingredients (for 12 people): - 425 ml of apricots in syrup (ie 1 medium can)
- 1200 g of tuna in the natural (ie 1 can)
- 150 g of fresh cheese
- 1 bunch of chives or parsley

Preparation of the recipe Apricot salted with tuna and fresh cheese

Drain the tuna and apricots separately.
In a bowl, mix the tuna and the fresh cheese vigorously to obtain a homogeneous mixture.
Spread a good teaspoon on the apricots and decorate with a small sheet of parsley or a sprig of chives.
Serve as fresh.
