Ingredients (for 4 people): - 16 ripe apricots
- 4 tablespoons sugar or brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 30 g butter

Preparation of the recipe :


Put the apricots in a bowl with sugar and cinnamon. Stir and let the apricots marinate for 10 minutes.
Spread the apricots on 4 sheets of buttered aluminum or greaseproof paper. Sprinkle with butter.
Close the foil tightly and cook for 10 minutes under the oven grill or barbecue grill . Turn halfway through cooking.
Let stand 2-3 minutes before serving. Serve with vanilla ice cream or white cheese .
