Ingredients (for 16 skewers): For 4 Shrimp and pineapple skewers:

- 8 shrimps

- 2 slices of canned pineapple

For 4 stuffed mushroom skewers and cherry tomatoes :

- 8 small fresh mushrooms

- 150 g of vegetable stuffing with herbs (or sausage meat)

- 8 cherry tomatoes

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

For 4 Brochettes of beef dumplings and zucchini :

- 150 g ground beef

- 1 egg

- 1 slice of bread

- 1 teaspoon of worcestershire sauce

- 2 tablespoons barbecue sauce (or ketchup if not)

- 2 drops of tabasco (optional)

- 1/4 courgette

For 4 basque skewers (chorizo, sheep's cheese, dried apricot ham ):

- 4 washers of chorizo ​​soft or strong according to the preferences

- 50 g of ewe's cheese type Etorki

- 1 slice of raw ham

- 2 dried apricots

Shrimp and pineapple brochettes:

Cut each slice of pineapple into 4 pieces.

Decorate the shrimp (leaving the tail more beautiful).

Place 2 shrimps and 2 pieces of pineapple on each skewered picnic.

Brown the skewers in a skillet in a butter. Salt and pepper. (For the amateurs it is possible to add a little curry ). Serve hot.

4 Stuffed mushroom skewers and cherry tomatoes:

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6). Remove the tails from the mushrooms and stuff the "hats" with the sausage meat. Put them in a dish and drizzle with a drizzle of olive oil.

Bake in the oven for 15 minutes. Let cool. Place 2 stuffed mushrooms and 2 cherry tomatoes on each skewered skewer. Heat in the oven before serving hot.

4 Brochettes of beef dumplings and zucchini:

Cut the zucchini into cubes large enough and cook for 3 to 5 minutes in steam or in boiling water so that they remain firm.

In a salad bowl, crush with a fork, the beef with the egg, the bread crumbs and the sauces. Salt and pepper. Make 8 fairly large and compact balls so that they fit on the peaks.

Cook the meatballs in the pan for 10-15 min (they can also be baked in the oven). Let cool.

Place 2 beef balls and 2 zucchini cubes on each skewered picnic. Heat in the oven before serving hot.

4 Basque skewers (chorizo, sheep's cheese, dried apricot ham):

Cut 4 cubes of sheep cheese and 4 large slivers of raw ham. Wrap each cube of cheese in a strap of ham.

Cut the apricots in 2. Place a cube of cheese wrapped in the ham, half apricot and 1 washer of chorizo ​​on each skewered peak. These skewers are served cold.


These skewers can be prepared in advance and reheated for 10 minutes in the oven at 150 ° C (thermostat 5) before being served.
