Ingredients (for 6 people): - 300 g dried fruit

- 500 g dried apricots

- 75 g caster sugar

Roughly crush dry fruits with sugar in a mortar. Form a hollow in each apricot by pressing hard with a finger and fill each fruit with the dried fruit stuffing. Present in small paper boxes, placed on a serving dish.
