Preparation of the recipe Biscotti almond / apricot or orange / chocolate

Mix the melted butter and sugar first. Then add the egg, milk, flour, yeast, polenta and vanilla (or orange blossom). Adjust the amount of milk to the consistency of your dough: it must stand and not be liquid.

Then add the fragrances you have chosen. Often, I divide the dough in two to make biscotti of two kinds: almond- apricot on one side and orange-chocolate on the other. You can also test cranberry-chocolate, it's very good! Chop the selected ingredients into small pieces and add to the dough.

Pour into a buttered dish. Cook for 20min at 60 ° C. Remove from the oven and let cool.

Cut into thin section as you lie on the edge on a baking sheet. Return 15 minutes to 160 °.

You can also put 8 min on each side. Watch the cooking at this stage, because depending on your oven, it is there that can burn!

Remove and let cool. Biscuits should be crisp while remaining soft. The polenta gives a little taste that changes flour.

To accompany a tea, ice cream or ... alone. It keeps very well in a closed box ... but in general, it leaves very quickly!
