Ingredients (for 4 people): - 12 apricots

- a cup of caster sugar

- 1 tablespoon cinnamon

- coconut sorbet

- 4 skewered peaks

- alu paper

Remove the cores from the apricots but do not completely slit them.

Combine powdered sugar and cinnamon.

Fill the apricot cavity with a teaspoon of the sugar mixture.

Thread 3 apricots per skewer.

Pack them in an aluminum foil.

Cook on the barbecue for about 10 minutes with a good fire.

Serve the hot papillote after splitting it over the entire length and adding two balls of coconut sorbet.
