Ingredients (for 8 people): - 200 g flour

- 110 g of softened butter

- 110 g of sugar

- 3 eggs

- 50 g of dry blond grapes

- 3 dried apricots

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 sachet of baking powder

- optional: rum

Preparation of the recipe Cake flavored with apricots and raisins :




Preheat oven to 180 ° C (thermostat 6).

Make the grapes swell in a little Rum (or in a little warm water).

Cut the softened butter into small pieces in a salad bowl. Add the eggs and mix well.

When the butter begins to blend well with the eggs, add the sugar. Whisk the mixture until there are almost no more pieces of butter. Add flour, then yeast and salt. Mix well. Add the drained grapes.

In a cake pan (silicone type) pour the mixture. Cut the dried apricots into small pieces and place them on top of the cake.

Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Unmold and taste warm or cold.
