- 3 eggs

- 100 g butter

- 1 banana

- 1 pressed orange

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 1/2 sachet of vanilla sugar

- 1 tablespoon of milk

- Honey

Preparation of the recipe Cake apricot-honey :




Beat the egg whites.

Mix the yolks, flour, sugar, milk, vanilla sugar, orange juice, olive oil, dried apricots and banana cut into small pieces.

Gently stir in the whites.

Leave to cook for 50 minutes at 180 ° C (thermostat 6).

At the end of 10 minutes, place a thin layer of honey.

Notes:

Small trick: pass the honey in the microwave to well liquefy it.
