2 jars of flour (either wheat or chestnut)

1 tablespoon of tomato coulis

Provence herbs

1/4 jar of oil

2 eggs



1 pinch of sodium bicarbonate (or yeast)

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (thermostat 6).
In a salad bowl, combine all the ingredients except the merguez.
In a six-cake mold, put half a sausage cut into small pieces per mold, cover each mold with dough.
Bake for 15 min.
Take out of the oven and let cool.
