1 celeriac

25 g of mayonnaise

1 teaspoon of Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon chopped fresh parsley

1 teaspoon of basil(optional)

1 pickled julienne (optional)

2 tablespoon of capers

Pepper

Salt

Cooking time: 6 min

Step 1 Blanch celery in salted boiling water for 6 minutes or longer. Remove the celery root, peel it and cut into thin julienne.

2nd step Put the celeriac in a bowl with the other ingredients. Mix and adjust the seasoning.

Step 3 Serve on a salad of your choice (lettuce, lamb's lettuce, endive , etc.) and accompany with Italian salami, according to your taste.
