Ratatouille and cheese cake

Ratatouille and cheese cake

Number of gourmands

3 eggs

150 g flour (with incorporated yeast)

10 cl oil

12 cl milk (whole or semi-skimmed)

70 g grated gruyère cheese

2 tablespoons of boursin Cuisine

150 g canned ratatouille

1 pinch basil or oregano or chives

3 drops of tabasco



Preparation: 15 min
Cooking time: 45 min
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 200°C (thermostat 6-7)
Step 2
Beat the 3 eggs one by one to obtain a smooth and blanched mixture.
Step 3
Add the flour and mix until you obtain a homogeneous and elastic dough.
Step 4
Add the oil and the previously heated milk.
Step 5
Add the ratatouille can, use the juice but not completely otherwise it will "wet" the cake too much.
Step 6
Add the gruyère cheese, boursin, salt, pepper and tabasco.
Step 7
Mix well and pour into an ungreased mold
Step 8
Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes.

The juice in the box will make the cake soft, but don't put all the juice in.
