For the dough:

5 cups of flour

2 sachets of baking powder

1 tablespoon of oil

6 tablespoons of sugar

1 cup of water

1 tablespoon of rice vinegar (or white alcohol vinegar, it works too)

For the stuffing:

400 g of meat of your choice (filet mignon, turkey, etc.)

Sesame oil (or normal oil, if not)

2 onions

2 tablespoons of soy sauce

Other vegetables of your choice (Chinese cabbage and leek for example)

Prepare the dough by mixing the flour, baking powder, oil, sugar.
Then gradually add the water with the vinegar, until the paste has the consistency of an ear.
Leave to rest for 1 hour (or at least 1/2 hour).
Prepare the stuffing by frying the onions in a wok or in a pan in the sesame oil. Add the meat cut into very small pieces, brown it lightly.
Apart from that, you can melt the leek with chopped Chinese cabbage in a little sesame oil, then mix them with the meat.
Add the soy sauce, mix and evaporate it.
Take a ball of dough the size of your wrist.
Spread it out on a well floured work surface and crush it into a 15 cm circle.
Put a fairly large pile of stuffing in the middle, then close the dough in a purse (on the stock exchange).
Pinch the top of the purse and turn slightly.
Turn the donuts upside down and put them in a steamer (you can use all kinds).
Repeat this step until the appliance is full, then cook for about 20-25 min with steam (obviously!).
Enjoy with sweet and sour sauce or soy sauce.
