1.6 kg of sautéed veal

4 clove garlic

600 g tomato

500 g of coconut milk

50 g curry

15 g of ginger

Chutney

Cashew nut

3 banana

1 pineapple tin in small pieces

Preparation

Cooking time: 1 h

Step 1 Peel and chop together onions and garlic.

2nd step Brown in olive oil.

Step 3 Add the curry , then the tomatoes.

Step 4 Brown the meat in another utensil and add to the rest.

Step 5 Add the coconut milk. Simmer 30 minutes.

Step 6 Add ginger and chutney, salt, then simmer another 1 hour.
