2 ripe kiwi

2 banana not too ripe

2 egg

1 packet of vanilla sugar

30 g of powdered sugar

2 tablespoon thick cream

5 cl of raspberry coulis(optional)

Step 1 Take the dough out of the refrigerator a few minutes before you start making it more supple. Unroll in a pie pan and prick with a fork.

2nd step In a bowl, pour the cream, the vanilla sugar . Break a whole egg and separate the white from the yellow of the other: the yellow will serve to brown the edges of the pie. Add the remaining white. Beat it all and add the sugar. You must get a liquid cream. Set it aside.

Step 3 Peel kiwis and bananas and cut into slices, which you will have on the dough starting from the outside and alternating rounds of kiwi and banana .

Step 4 When you have disposed of all the fruit, pour the dish by spreading it over the pie and brown the edges with the egg yolk.

Step 5 Bake in a hot oven at 160 ° C (thermostat 5-6) for 25 to 30 minutes.

Step 6 Just before serving, you can pour raspberry coulis on the pie.
