Pork Tenderloins with Lemon

Pork Tenderloins with Lemon

Number of people

4 slices of pork (fillet)

Cooking oil

10 cl white wine

1 teaspoon chopped basil or 4-5 basil leaves

25 cl of liquid fresh cream



10 cl lemon juice

2 tablespoons roast stock (or 1/2 cube of broth)

1 olive oil

Cooking time: 15 min
Step 1
Quickly sear the pork tenderloins in a very hot frying pan.
Step 2
Season with salt and pepper during cooking. Remove the fillets to a plate.
Step 3
Deglaze the pan with the white wine. Reduce heat.
Step 4
Add the cream and lemon and stir constantly. Stir in the roasted base (or half-cube diluted in a small glass of water) and basil. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
Step 5
Put the fillets back in the sauce, add the olive oil to bring some creaminess to the sauce. Remove from heat and serve.

I serve this dish with tagliatelle. A real success every time!
