Ingredients (for 8 people): - 10 thin slices of Edam

- 1 pack of dried apricots

- Fresh basil leaves

- Mini wooden picks

Cut each Edam slices into 6 equal shares.

Cut the dried apricots in half lengthways

On each piece of Edam, lay a sheet of whole basil and then a half of dry apricot , fold the whole in half and make hold with a wooden pick.
