Ingredients (for 4 people): - 500 g ground pork (can also be made with beef)

- 10 dried apricots

- 1 large onion

- 2 cloves of garlic

- 1 teaspoon ground ginger

- 1 egg

- 250 g Bulgarian yogurt (liquid)

- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 4 tablespoons chopped parsley

- 2 tablespoons of oil

- salt , pepper

Preparation of the recipe Gingerballs




Whisk the yoghurt with salt, pepper, lemon juice and 2 tablespoons parsley. Book in the fridge.

Heat the oven 210 ° C (Th 7).

Cut the dried apricots into small cubes. Peel, cut and chop the onion. Squeeze the garlic. Beat the egg.

Mix the meat, apricots, garlic, ginger and egg. Salt, pepper and add the remaining parsley.

Shape pellets and place them in an oiled baking dish.

Bake for 20 minutes, turning the dumplings halfway through.

Serve hot with cold yogurt sauce and rice.

Notes:

This recipe is really easy to do even by kids. Yoghurt can also be replaced with white cheese.
