Preparation of the recipe "The" Gluten-free Banoffee :




Mix all the ingredients in the mixer to make the biscuit, which will serve as a tart bottom and bake for 15 minutes in the oven at 190 ° C (thermostat 6) in a mold to be missed.

Meanwhile, put the box of sweetened condensed milk in a bain-marie in a saucepan for 2 hours without forgetting to return it after an hour and to add water regularly.

Once the pie is cooked, let it cool a little. Open the sweetened condensed milk box, being careful not to burn and dilute the whipped toflet with 1/2 sachet of agar. Spread it on the bottom of the pie. Let cool and arrange the bananas cut into medium sized slices.
