Stroganov chicken aiguillette

Ingredients (for 4 people): - 600 g of chicken aiguillettes

- 40 g butter

- 1 onion

- 40 cl of beef broth

- 2 tablespoons flour

- 1 tablespoon of tomato concentrate

- 1 tablespoon of sunflower oil

- 1 teaspoon of mustard

- 3 tablespoons thick crème fraîche

- 1 pinch of salt

- 1 pinch of pepper

Preparation of the recipe Stroganov chicken aiguillette :

Cut the aiguillettes into thin slices, salt and pepper.

In a skillet put half the butter and brown the flour over low heat.

Wet with broth, add tomato paste and mustard. Bring this mixture to a boil and sieve and set aside.

In the remaining butter, sauté onion and chicken aiguillettes.

Pour over the sauce you have reserved, as well as the crème fraîche.

Simmer for 10 minutes over low heat, stirring to prevent it from sticking.

Serve immediately. You can accompany this preparation with small potatoes just boiled.
