Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • ¼ cup pizza sauce
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella
  • 2 Tbsp turkey pepperoni or your favorite pizza topping
  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced mushrooms
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  • Jalapeños
  • Pineapple tidbits

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (or air fryer to 375°F). Lightly grease your bowl.
  • Spread cottage cheese into the bowl as your base.
  • Spoon pizza sauce over the cheese and lightly swirl.
  • Add pepperoni, bell pepper, and mushrooms evenly.
  • Sprinkle mozzarella over the top and add Italian seasoning.
  • Bake for 12–15 minutes (air fry for 8–10 mins or microwave 3–4 mins) until cheese is bubbling and golden.
  • Drizzle with olive oil and let cool for 2 minutes before serving.
