Ingredients
  

  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 4 tablespoons butter melted
  • 3 large eggs room temperature
  • ¼ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons honey or powdered allulose
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of fine sea salt

Optional: 2 tablespoons sugar-free chocolate chips or ½ teaspoon lemon zest for flavor twists

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease or line your baking dish.
  • Blend softened cream cheese and melted butter until smooth.
  • Add eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition until glossy.
  • Stir in heavy cream, honey, and vanilla until the batter is silky.
  • Sprinkle in sea salt and fold gently; add any optional ingredients if desired.
  • Pour batter into the prepared pan and smooth the top.
  • Bake for 28–32 minutes, until edges are slightly golden and the center has a gentle wobble.
  • Cool at room temperature for 20 minutes, then chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before slicing and serving.
