  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

  • ½ tsp lime zest
  • A few mint leaves finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Toss sliced strawberries with sugar and let rest for 10–15 minutes.
  • Beat heavy cream until soft peaks form.
  • Fold in condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, and salt.
  • (Optional) Blend in softened cream cheese until smooth.
  • Drain berries and gently fold into the cream mixture.
  • Spoon into serving containers and chill for 30 minutes before serving.
