  • 2 scoops about 60 g vanilla or chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder if using vanilla powder
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch or instant pudding mix
  • 1 –2 tablespoons maple syrup or sweetener of choice
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract

Optional:

  • Mini chocolate chips
  • Crushed graham crackers or freeze-dried fruit
  • A pinch of cinnamon
  • 1 –2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • Sliced bananas or fresh berries

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together protein powder, cocoa powder (if using), and cornstarch.
  • Add milk, yogurt, vanilla, and sweetener. Whisk until smooth and glossy.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or flavor, if needed.
  • Cover surface with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 40+ minutes.
  • Stir, serve, and add any toppings you like.
