Ingredients
  

Basic Ingredients:

  • 2 lb lean ground beef
  • 1 large onion diced
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 can 28 oz crushed tomatoes
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 can 15 oz tomato sauce
  • 2 Tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tsp smoked paprika
  • tsp kosher salt
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • ½ tsp ground black pepper

Optional Add-Ins:

  • 1 cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 can 15 oz black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn kernels

Instructions
 

  • Brown ground beef in batches; drain and set aside.
  • Sauté diced onion and garlic in the same pan until softened.
  • Add beef, sautéed veggies, tomatoes, broth, sauces, and spices to the slow cooker.
  • Mix gently and add optional ingredients if using.
  • Cover and cook on LOW for 6–7 hours or HIGH for 3–4 hours.
  • Taste and adjust seasoning before serving.
  • If needed, remove lid during final 30 minutes to thicken sauce.
  • Serve hot over rice, potatoes, pasta, or in buns.
