- 2 lbs ground chicken
- ¾ cup breadcrumbs
- ½ cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- ½ cup grated yellow onion
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
For the Glaze:
- ½ cup ketchup
- 1 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Optional Add-Ins:
- ¼ cup diced bell pepper
- 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
- ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line and grease your baking sheet.
Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes in a large bowl.
Add eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Fold in the ground chicken just until combined.
Shape into a loaf on the prepared sheet (approx. 8"x4").
