Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs ground chicken
  • ¾ cup breadcrumbs
  • ½ cup whole milk
  • 2 large eggs
  • ½ cup grated yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

For the Glaze:

  • ½ cup ketchup
  • 1 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ¼ cup diced bell pepper
  • 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan
  • ½ tsp crushed red pepper flakes

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line and grease your baking sheet.
  • Soak breadcrumbs in milk for 5 minutes in a large bowl.
  • Add eggs, onion, garlic, Worcestershire, seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
  • Fold in the ground chicken just until combined.
  • Shape into a loaf on the prepared sheet (approx. 8"x4").
  • Stir glaze ingredients and brush half over the top.
  • Bake for 30 minutes, then brush with remaining glaze.
  • Bake another 15–20 minutes or until internal temp reaches 165°F.
  • Let rest for 10 minutes. Slice and serve warm.
