Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb frozen crinkle-cut fries
  • 1 cup shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • ¾ cup cooked chopped chicken
  • ¼ cup cooked bacon bits
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp sliced green onions
  • cup sour cream
  • 1 tbsp hot sauce

Optional:

  • Pickled jalapeños
  • Crumbled blue cheese
  • Waffle fries or sweet potato fries as the base

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment.
  • Spread fries in a single layer; bake for 18 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • Sprinkle cheese, chicken, and bacon evenly over hot fries.
  • Return to oven for 4–5 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
  • Top with tomatoes and green onions.
  • Mix sour cream with hot sauce and drizzle over the fries.
  • Serve hot and enjoy immediately.
