Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 2 medium sweet potatoes diced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil divided
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp salt divided
  • ½ tsp black pepper divided
  • 4 cups shredded romaine or iceberg lettuce
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup dill pickle slices
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped

Burger Bowl Sauce:

  • ¼ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

Optional Add-Ins:

  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Sliced avocado
  • Sautéed mushrooms or caramelized onions
  • Jalapeño slices

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Toss sweet potatoes with 1 tbsp olive oil, ½ tsp salt, and ¼ tsp pepper. Roast for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.
  • In a skillet, heat remaining oil over medium-high. Add beef, paprika, remaining salt, and pepper. Brown for 6–8 minutes. Drain excess grease if needed.
  • In a small bowl, whisk all sauce ingredients until smooth.
  • Prepare fresh toppings: shred lettuce, halve tomatoes, slice pickles, and chop onion.
  • Assemble bowls: lettuce base, roasted potatoes, beef, toppings, and a generous drizzle of sauce.
  • Add any extras you love, and serve warm.
