Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese freshly shredded
  • 4 oz cream cheese softened
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 1 jar 4 oz diced pimentos, well-drained
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • –¼ tsp cayenne pepper optional, for spice

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ¼ cup diced pickled jalapeños
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • 1 tbsp chopped chives or green onions

Instructions
 

  • Beat softened cream cheese in a bowl until smooth.
  • Stir in mayonnaise and Worcestershire until creamy and well combined.
  • Add garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and cayenne (if using). Mix thoroughly.
  • Fold in shredded cheddar and drained pimentos until evenly mixed.
  • Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

Best enjoyed after chilling for 30 minutes. For a spicier version, add cayenne or diced jalapeños. Contains dairy.
