Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 medium frozen banana sliced
  • ½ cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
  • ¼ cup orange juice
  • 1 –2 teaspoons honey optional, to taste

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ½ cup baby spinach
  • 1 tablespoon flaxseed meal
  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder
  • ½ cup frozen strawberries or mango for fruity variations

Instructions
 

  • Add almond milk and orange juice to the blender.
  • Spoon in the yogurt.
  • Add the frozen banana and pineapple on top.
  • Blend on low for a few seconds, then switch to high for 30–40 seconds until smooth.
  • Scrape the sides if needed and blend again.
  • Taste and adjust with more milk or a touch of honey if desired.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.
