Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb shaved beef steak
  • 2 tablespoons neutral oil canola, avocado, etc.
  • 1 small yellow onion thinly sliced
  • 1 bell pepper sliced into strips
  • 3 cloves garlic minced
  • 3 tablespoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ¼ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter

Optional:

  • ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Heat skillet over medium-high and swirl in oil.
  • Add onions and bell peppers; sauté 3–4 minutes.
  • Stir in garlic; cook about 30 seconds.
  • Spread shaved beef into the pan; sear 2–3 minutes.
  • Pour in soy sauce, Worcestershire, brown sugar, pepper, and paprika; stir well.
  • Add butter and stir until melted and glossy.
  • Serve hot with your favorite sides or sandwich bread.
