Ingredients
  

  • 1 lb fresh strawberries hulled
  • 1 –3 tbsp granulated sugar adjust to taste
  • 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract optional

Optional:

  • Pinch of sea salt
  • 1 –2 fresh mint leaves

Instructions
 

  • Wash, dry, and hull the strawberries.
  • Add strawberries, sugar, lemon juice, and vanilla (if using) to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth and vibrant, about 30–45 seconds.
  • Taste and adjust sweetness or texture if needed.
  • Strain through a fine mesh sieve for a smoother finish (optional).
  • Transfer to a clean jar and refrigerate or freeze.
