- 16 oz 450g cream cheese, softened
- ½ cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- ½ cup cinnamon-sugar blend
- Neutral oil for frying such as vegetable or canola
Optional Add-Ins:
- ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
- ¼ cup finely diced strawberries
In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
Spread about ¼ cup filling onto each tortilla. Fold sides and roll tightly.
Chill the filled tortillas for 20 minutes.
Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a skillet.
Fry rolls 1½–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
Drain briefly on paper towels.
