Ingredients
  

  • 8 large flour tortillas
  • 16 oz 450g cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup granulated sugar
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
  • ½ cup cinnamon-sugar blend
  • Neutral oil for frying such as vegetable or canola

Optional Add-Ins:

  • ¼ cup mini chocolate chips
  • ¼ cup finely diced strawberries

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, sugar, sour cream, vanilla, and lemon juice until smooth.
  • Spread about ¼ cup filling onto each tortilla. Fold sides and roll tightly.
  • Chill the filled tortillas for 20 minutes.
  • Heat oil to 350°F (175°C) in a skillet.
  • Fry rolls 1½–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  • Drain briefly on paper towels.
  • Roll each in cinnamon sugar while still warm.
  • Serve slightly cooled and enjoy!
